Mr. Schubiner provides the strategic leadership for the company and establishes the long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. He brings a unique perspective to the job because of his past experience as an owner and manager of approximately 2,000 units of rental housing. He has a successful track record of taking companies from start-up through growth and to maturity. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and law degree from Loyal University School of Law in Chicago. He is a licensed attorney and a licensed insurance producer in a dozen states.
